The situation is as follows: today at first, the computer turned OFF immediately after turning it ON. I would like to add, that sporadically for the last 2 months the computer has been beeping 3 times and the screen has not turned on, only after turning it on again everything worked as it should. Today the computer started but immaditiely Turned off, every attempt looked all the same. the first thing I did was to move the RAM (ballistix 2x8gb). after changing the order, the computer still did not work, after inserting ram stick no. 2 individually, it also did not work, after inserting stick no.1 indivodually komputer is running( it turned on, then gone off and Turned ON again and kept running but EZ DEBUG LIGHTS CPU and DRAM pops up on the motherboard. I cleaned RAM inputs and then i put in both sticks again as before but in reversed order and cleaned the RAM inputs. now the computer is running as before (the computer works, the USB doesn't work(mouse, keyboard RGB) and the monitor has no image) but the DRAM light is gone, only the CPU light is on. I will add that Yesterday I slightly overclocked the processor, to 3700mhz and 1.35V, using the guides, they recommended even higher values, but I wanted to do it safely. So I don't think it was fault. As o Said before it had problems wothThe situation is as follows: at first, the computer turned off immediately after turning it on. I will add that sporadically for the last 2 months the computer has been beeping 3 times and the screen has not turned on, only after turning it on again everything worked as it should. Today the computer reacted just like in the video. the first thing I did was to move the RAM (ballistix 2x8gb). after changing the order, the computer still did not work, after inserting bone no. 2 individually, it also did not work, after inserting bone no. LED DRAM and CPU. I moved the bones again and blew out the RAM inputs. now the computer works as before (the computer works, the USB doesn't work and the monitor has no image) but the DRAM light is gone, only the CPU light is on. I will add that Yesterday I slightly overclocked the processor, to 3700mhz and 1.35V, using the guides, they recommended even higher values, but I wanted to do it safely. So I don't think it was his fault. Please help. The frames are 2-3 years old, MSI B350 Pro motherboard, new Radeon RX7600 graphics card, new power supply, new SSD drive. As i said Before it had problems with running but sporadicaly, it was beeping 3 times, now beeping is gone. Please help. The ram sticks are 2-3 years old, MSI B350 Pro motherboard, new Radeon RX7600 graphics card, new power supply, new SSD drive, CPU is Ryzen 3 2200g with unistalled APU from bios. Cheers

First Reseat each RAM Module. If that fails, Remove all but one module of RAM. Swap the RAM Modules, swap the RAM Slots around. Start computer, if you see the MSI logo Splash screen you are successful.

Thanks, but can i boot without a display?
You do not boot into windows. You boot from the Memtest86 usb boot media. If your screen is not defective and if your motherboard is not bad, you should see the Memtest86 interface on the screen. Are you able to enter UEFI bios and see it on the screen? If so, you should be good to go with Memtest. If you can not get into UEFI bios, do as @Spunk said (try one ram stick at a time). If you are unable to get into bios by eliminating ram sticks, it points to a mobo issue.

Did you by any chance check the voltage on the CMOS battery? When the battery voltage drops below 3.0 vdc, weird things can begin to happen.
Every PC that I work on here in my shop, gets a new CMOS battery. Except for some laptops.
