Recovery of non bootable win11

Fresh install , a couple days old and it suddenly would not boot, failed on inaccessible boot device.
I tried repair a few times with the same result.

I never saw the option to "reset your PC"

Finally got into a cmd prompt and found errors on E: which I corrected with chkdsk /f
Now it boots and runs normally.

The only storage is a Samsung 860 SSD which checks out 100% with SSDlife expected life 9 years.

What could have happened?

There are multiple types of drive tests.

One test may pass while another may fail.

SMART testing is an attempt to predict lifespan.

These are additional types of drive tests:
Long Generic
Short Generic
Long DST
Short DST
Surface / Error scan
Chkdsk /b
etc.

Run overnight while sleeping: Sea Tools Long Generic test and HD Tune Full error scan

1) Run: Sea Tools Long Generic test > take pictures > post images or share links

Nothing to post and it's gone now

Both scans show zero errors, took ~15 mins on 256GB SSD

Manually ran step 3, nothing in the log file and last line had error

The computer may have malfunctioning hardware.

Indicate whether you did or did not deliberately delete the recovery partition.

6) Overnight while sleeping run ACP: chkdsk /b /v C:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v C:

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another

Type: y

Reboot as needed.

Run chkdsk on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E: etc.

After chkdsk completes on all drives run V2 and post a share link into the newest post.

8) Start the WDV tool with these settings:

a) Test all non-Microsoft Drivers

b) Test no Microsoft Drivers

c) Select these 3 customized tests:

[ ] 0x00000010 I/O verification.
[ ] 0x00000200 Force pending I/O requests.
[ ] 0x00000400 IRP logging.

If there is no immediate BSOD then open ACP and copy and paste:

verifier /querysettings

Post a share link.

Plan to run WDV with various customized tests for approximately 48 hrs.

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

It only happened once. It may be because I left a windows install USB stick and it booted from it but I killed the install on the 1st screen

While in safe mode indicate changes in computer stability / instability (unexpected shutdowns and restarts with and without BSOD).
