tl;dr: In action center, the toggle to enable / disable Night Light does not work anymore. Same for the toggle in Windows settings.
background: I do IT support for a global company based out of Hong Kong, and thus I am up early most days - usually around 4 AM Eastern US time. At that time the Night Light is still usually on for my system ,as I have it set to automatically enable and disable with sunset and sunrise. It worked perfectly fine yesterday, before I had installed KB5012643. Before I went to bed, I manually installed the update via the .msu file form Microsoft Update Catalog. This morning, when I woke up, I am unable to use the toggle in Action Center or the Turn on now button in Windows Settings.
