Solved Windows 11 freezing, bluescreened and SSD not recognized in BIOS

Hi!

I'm currently configuring my freshly installed Windows 11, and it froze but I can still move my mouse, then after a few seconds, the PC bsods with UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION.

After restart, the PC froze to the GIGABYTE logo. I pressed the RESET button on my case, then it straight up booted to BIOS, it didn't boot to Windows nor GRUB. I checked the SATA devices on BIOS, I found:
  • DVD R/RW DRIVE (that's fine, I have a DVD drive on my PC)
  • SATAFIRM S11 (yeah, that's not normal)
And, I can't find my SSD (Patriot Burst 240GB) on the SATA list.

Booted to my Linux Mint bootable USB, opens GParted, and it thrown a bunch of I/O errors at /dev/sda. I said ignore it, and I found my disk, uninitialized. Opened GNOME Disks, and I can't even check the SMART info.

I plugged the SSD to my spare PC (my old incompatible PC [Dell Vostro 270s]), and in the Boot selector screen, I found SATAFIRM S11 on the Legacy BIOS boot list. Booted again to my Linux Mint bootable USB, opens GParted, and it shown the same thing.

Googling it, says that the drive has a internal error and the controller (which I found out is Phison S11) panics.

Any ideas?
The PC is a custom built PC, check my System 1 info.

First thing is that the computer main hardware has not problem.
The ssd has the problem.
The ssd with phison controller failed this is common problem with s11 controller and old firmware.
There two options for this:
1) warranty for the ssd
2)Fix the ssd with this tool that you can follow the video from youtube: -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoDZlJjTc_I

and when you fix it you must update your firmware from your manufacturer as last step.
3) buy a new ssd.

Please consider that The data is lost if you fix it.

All of that solutions requires Windows. As my SSD is the boot drive, I can't fix it. I have a Linux live USB on hand.

Also I will do it because I don't have a mission critical thing on the drive, most parts backed up, some source code that is already on my github repo, and the rest was downloads, and some non mission critical game files.

Using SeaTools for Linux (I have a Linux partition on a seperate drive) says "Failed to Start".

I do still have my old PC (Dell Vostro 270s), but it does not have any storage drives on it.

The other computer does not have Windows, nor any drives.

Once you've got Windows / Linux working please launch HD Sentinel and indicate whether it does or doesn't work properly using Linux.
(I've not yet had a thread where the software was able to run / produce useful results using non-Windows OS.)

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to make the Sea Tool bootable / Legacy flash drives.
Or see if you can use a computer at a public library.

I have ran the SeaTools Legacy [Bootable DOS] but:
v2.2.3 - throws a error
v1.1.2 - can't find the SATA controller

Also, they demands Legacy BIOS, but all of my disks are GPT.

Maybe, the PC I use on this testing is too new for the Seatools legacy bootable.

Will boot to my Windows 10 PE iso, will open SeaTools and will report back results.

My PE ISO does not like SeaTools. Can't continue.

The last thing I will do is to warranty replace the SSD. It (maybe) is under warranty. There is no super important data on that drive that I don't have backups of.
